SpringHealth Chelmsford is a friendly sociable gym and leisure club, based next to Moulsham High School. Our facilities include a gymnasium area offering resistance/free weights, cardio vascular and a stretch area. Other facilities include Squash Courts, a Dance Studio with 30+ classes per week and a Sports Bar and Sky TV/ESPN showing all live sports.
