SpringHealth - Chelmsford
is a family orientated club, based next to Moulsham
High School.
Our facilities include 3 gymnasium areas, (resistance/free
weights, cardio vascular and a stretch area) group
fitness studio (classes including Pilates & Yoga),
6 squash courts (leagues & tournaments run regularly),
sports bar (available for functions), sauna & solarium and
crèche.
Whatever your goals we are sure that we can help
you achieve them through our highly trained fitness
consultants and personal trainers. We are here for
you, to help you achieve your goals, no matter how
varied they may be. On joining you will receive
a detailed fitness assessment and programme design
specific to your own personal goal.
