Classes

aerobic moves choreographed to music. Please
refer to each clubs studio timetable for class

Weights
Room
Our free weights
areas are ideal for those of you keen to develop
muscle toning. The free weights with qualified
help can help to isolate specific muscle groups
to increase definition. We have a wide range
of free wieghts at each of our Clubs. Talk
to one of our Gym Team to help design a program
that will ensure you achieve your goals.
Squash Courts
We have five squash
courts with one being an exhibition court
viewable from the bar. We run both teams and
social events please contact the Club and
ask for our Squash Pro who can give you all
the details on playing, junior & senior
coaching and team nights.
Sauna
Switch off and enjoy a
suana after a workout. Taking a suana will
help restore the natural balance of body
and mind.
Solarium
Use
our solariums to top up and maintain your
tan.
Cafe/Bar
Enjoy a beverage or snack
with friends and club members and one of
our cafe/bars.
Creche
