Leon's first introduction to the martial arts world was in kickboxing at the age of 8yrs old. Since then he has trained in a number of different martial arts systems with a number of different coaches and masters around the UK to present.
During his martial arts journey Leon has accumulated 21yrs of martial arts experience and knowledge.
Still as an active fighter and personal trainer Leon has extensive experience working with pro-fighters from all martial art backgrounds ie; Thaiboxing, MMA, Olympic judo, BJJ, ABA boxing, and Olympic wrestling.
Leon has
also played football at semi-pro for Hendon fc in 1999, and is a keen student of
football coaching and man management skills!

I have always had a key interest in sports and fitness, I played football at a high level for around 5 years and am a keen athlete specializing in 100 and 200m running.
I have been working as a gym instructor at Spring Health for approximately 1 year conducting inductions, programmes and taking classes. I currently take the Friday circuits class which is proving popular and further am planning to put another class on a Tuesday morning!
I have worked with men and women of all ages and specialize in helping people reach their goals quickly and successfully. I believe that anything is achievable if you have the right tools and desire to get to where you want to be.

I have completed a YMCA Level 3 Personal Training Diploma and have had Power Plate Training. I am specialised in fat and calorie burning work outs, weight loss, circuit training, core stability, nutrition, postural and fitness assessments, strength and flexibility training, muscle build and definition, speed and agility training, weight management, sports specific events, (marathon and triathlon events) and sports rehabilitation.
I have completed a few half marathons and I have training in kick boxing, Muay Thai kick boxing and boxing.

I am a level 3 Premier International Personal Trainer with over 8 years experience. I am also a fully qualified Tennis coach holding PTR British Licence and have played the international Tennis circuit.
After spending time coaching at West Way Tennis Centre and Globe Ltc. I have been a kick boxer and have incorporated Shaolin Kung Fu (San Shou) into my fighting technique. After training under Master Shifu YanZi at the Shaolin Temple, I won the BCCMA (D=San Shou) National Tournament and I am the Official British Champion.
