We are a team of in house Personal Trainers that have always
lived healthy lifestyles; all of us are Reps Level 3 qualified.
Level 3 is the highest level set by the Register of Exercise
Professionals.

A Personal Trainer offers one-to-one fitness and exercise
instruction if you want to get fitter, improve sports specific
performance, lose weight or simply look good and feel better
about yourself. Personal training makes the vital difference
ensuring that your fitness programme is being put to maximum
effect.

IS EASY
To begin a personal training programme with us all you need
is the desire to improve your lifestyle, physical condition,
performance and well-being. You need not be familiar with
exercise, the equipment or the technique. Your trainer will
devise your programme, and direct you at the level that is
ideal for you.

Tsouris
Enthusiasm, precision and a will
to learn and succeed, these are just a few of Jim’s
qualities that have made him the trainer he is today.
Still only 26 years of age and with experience in
the field stretching back to 2003 working alongside
vastly experienced trainers, Jim has been active throughout
his life, currently playing football to a very high
standard as well as being a passionate weight trainer
too.

Bonnie Moore
Bonnie works with adults delivering
a variety of fitness sessions and classes, catering
for a range of levels (beginner to advanced, male/female
etc), tailoring her sessions to the individual’s
needs, wants and goals.
Specialising
in Ante and Post natal, Bonnie works closely with
mums to be throughout there pregnancy and in the immediate
post partum, carefully conditioning the body back
to its pre pregnancy state and better.

Elmo Walker
Elmo has been a semi-pro tennis
player since the age of 10, competing in the British
Junior Nationals and International Pro Tournaments
and high level university football. This experience
has given Elmo the drive and enabled him to realise
to achieve any particular goal you have to work hard
to get it. Elmo also has a passion for Shaolin Kung
Fu, martial arts and has recently started competing
in martial arts K1 fighting competitions winning his
first two fights. Recently in May 2010 Elmo won the San Shou nationals and is the official British champion in the 85kg category.
