Boxing Club

Serge, with 20 years in the business, has become rather a legend in the boxing field after years as a celebrity bodyguard, and many more personal training.

The classes are for all age groups, except children, so from 18 - 80, you can come along and enjoy group session, using gloves, pump bags, skipping, and a wide range of kick boxing exercises. This is open to both men and women. If you're feeling energetic, you can even have a bout in the ring!
