My name is Phil Michel I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years now, training clients and teaching a variety of classes.
My background was in athletics as a sprinter. I qualified with a Sports Degree, then specifically studied
for my Personal Training certificates with the YMCA and became a Personal Trainer over 20 years ago.
I have trained clients from many different backgrounds, wanting different results and take a very friendly and personal approach to all my clients.
Having trained well over 200 people with continued learning, hard work, a positive attitude and forward thinking they have reached their goals.
