At London Freediving, our philosophy is simple: you train with your own routines at your own pace. No stressful drills, and no 'boot camp' regime. That doesn't mean we won't coach you if you want to be coached, far from it. We just won't be shouting at you, when all you want is calm.

We also respect your need for space, and with a full 33 metre pool at our disposal, there's plenty of it. We cap our lanes to a maximum of two buddy pairs.
Our members are very friendly, and there will always be someone on-hand to offer advice if you need it. We only ask that if you haven't been freediving before, you take an introductory course with us.

If you have been freediving before, then the terms 'dynamic apnea' and 'static apnea' will be familiar to you. London Freediving is the club for you to hone your skills in either or both. Some of our additional offerings that may interest you are video style analysis and pre-session chill-out classes.

We are proudly affilliated to the British Freediving Association, and compliant to international agency AIDA guidelines and practices. Our certification courses are primarily AIDA-defined, although non-certification speciality courses are also available.

If you want to know how to photograph dolphins underwater, we can even teach that.

Why not take a deep breath and join us?

Pool sessions are held every Thursday, 20:00 at Pools on The Park

Swimming
We provide weekly coached triathlon swim sessions:
Wednesday evenings 9-10pm
Sunday mornings 7-8am

These sessions are aimed at improving individual aerobic endurance, speed and skills relative to the sport of triathlon. You will have the opportunity to practice many of the technical aspects to provide you with the confidence you need to tackle open-water swims in triathlon events. Additionally we offer stroke analysis and technique feedback sessions on one Sunday each month, including underwater filming. This is booked and payable in advance if technique improvement is your priority before the season starts!
Further information is available on the Triathlon Europe website Swimming page

Triathlon Training days
Our Triathlon Training days are suitable for newcomers to the sport through to experienced triathletes. Each training day provides a swim, bike and run session focussing on elements relevant to the time of year such as technique, pacing and racing. Important peripheral aspects such as transitions, mental preparation, functional core and strength training, nutrition and race preparation are also covered throughout the year depending on which training day you choose to come along to!
Please see the Training Days page on the Triathlon Europe website for information about forthcoming dates and booking information

For further information about Triathlon training days or our Swimming sessions, please email Fiona at: triathloneurope@gmail.com
